OUTSPOKEN / Information
Terms
The essentials for using our website and working together in our private spaces.
Starting a conversation
A website enquiry starts a conversation. It is not a confirmed booking, a binding price or an agreement to deliver services. Scope, fees, timelines and other project-specific terms must be agreed separately with OUTSPOKEN.
Authorized workspace access
The Client Portal is for invited users acting within their assigned client relationship. Keep your credentials private, use your own account and let us know if you believe access has been compromised. Do not try to access another client’s work or bypass permissions.
Materials and uploads
Only provide material you are authorized to share for the relevant project. Do not upload malicious, unlawful or unauthorized confidential content. Files may be rejected by format, size or safety checks. Review actions are recorded against the relevant version; changes to scope or commercial arrangements still need separate agreement.
Creative work and intellectual property
The website and private workspaces contain brand assets and creative materials. Access does not itself grant ownership or permission to reuse them beyond the relevant project. Rights, licenses and delivery arrangements for commissioned work should be set out in the applicable project agreement.
Acceptable use and availability
Do not interfere with the service, submit automated abusive requests or attempt to obtain private information. Access may be limited to protect users and systems. Maintenance or service interruptions can affect availability; contact OUTSPOKEN if you cannot access something you need.
Information and changes
Our privacy notice explains how the application uses information. We may update these pages to reflect changes in the service. Project-specific agreements remain the place for agreed commercial terms.
